 The crystal clear pool can be heated and there is a covered patio,  so even if it’s raining you can still enjoy a meal outside. The pool is completely screened, so even at night you won’t have bugs. A large gas barbecue is included, (some villas want to hire you one). The pool has twin pool rails and a safety hook to assist anyone in difficulties. There is also a safe.
The kitchen is outstanding with all modern appliances, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, twin sinks, and a large table seating eight.

 Nor do you have to traipse round Kissimmee looking for the rental home office when you have just arrived - your key is in a combination box near the door - and you’re in! So you didn’t need to go shopping for breakfast early on your first morning.
The villa is only minutes from motorway I-4. (see map) and Disney takes about 20 minutes. Sea World and Universal Studios are not much further up I-4. It’s also motorway all the way to The Space Center on the Atlantic Coast, or Tampa, (Busch Gardens, and the Gulf of Mexico), on the Gulf coast.
